The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with.
The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date or your reservation will be cancelled with charges. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible.
Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a non-refundable penalty of €40.

APARTMENT RULES:
1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment
2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces.
4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the block.
5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than
those listed in the reservation (including visitors)
6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00)
7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors.
8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras.
9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach)
