GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
•guests must comply with these rules and with any additional instructions provided by the property owner during their stay.
CHECK-IN
1. Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m.
• Early check-in: from 1:00 p.m. (upon request, subject to availability, €20 fee, confirmation required)
2. Mandatory:guests must complete the online registration of their identity document (ID or passport) before arrival, following the instructions sent through the booking platform. Without completing this process for every guest, entry to the apartment is not permitted.
3. Guests must also sign this vacation rental rules document.
NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
1. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children and for avoiding any disturbance to neighbors.
2. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and when arriving or leaving the property.
3. Excessive noise at any time is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
VISITORS
• Visitors are NOT allowed during the stay.
USE OF THE PROPERTY
• Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly forbidden.
TRASH
1. Guests must not leave garbage in common or public areas.
2. Please follow these rules:
• Do not leave food or personal items outside the bins in the kitchen or bathroom.
• Always use bags inside trash containers.
SECURITY
1. Always close windows and doors when leaving the property to ensure safety and prevent damage from rain or wind.
2. Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices when not in use. Leaving air conditioning or fans running while absent is not allowed.
ENERGY
• The included daily electricity allowance is 10 kWh per 4 guests.
• Consumption above 15 kWhday will be charged at €0.20 per kWh and must be paid by the guest.
• For safety reasons, the air conditioning automatically switches off every hour. If you are in the apartment, you may turn it back on.
• The air condition temperature isbetween 23–25°C. Pleasethe correct mode: heating (☀️) in winter, cooling (❄️) in summer.
TERRACE
• Children must always be supervised while on the terrace.
SMOKING
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment. It is only permitted on the terrace.
2. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided, never on the floor.
PETS
• Pets are NOT allowed.
DAMAGES
1. Any damage must be reported immediately to the ownermanager. Failure to report may result in charges for repair or replacement.
2. Furniture, appliances, or other items may not be moved without prior authorization.
3. Bathroom towels may not be taken outside the property (e.g., for the beach).
CHECK-OUT
1. Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m.
• Late check-out: until 12:00 p.m. (upon request, subject to availability, €20 fee, confirmation required)
2. Ensure the main door is securely locked upon departure.
3. Check thattaps, appliances, windows, and lights are properly turned off.
4. Please take care of the apartment, furniture, and linens as if they were your own. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup.
5. Removegarbage from the kitchen and bathroom before leaving.
6. Wash used dishes, glasses, and utensils. Leaving dirty dishes is not allowed.
COMPLIANCE
1. Failure to comply with these rules will be considered a breach of the rental contract.
2. The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay if guests do not comply with the rules or cause inconvenience to neighbors or the community.En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
