Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be cancelled.
Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead.
Please lockdoors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment.
For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in.
As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details forguests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel.
A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility.
